We played a key role in delivering the roofing and podium works for this 100% new build residential development. The project featured a substantial Bauder Bakor blue roof system installed on the first-floor podium. Across the 2nd, 5th, and 9th floors — including the main roofs — we installed BMI Icopal’s high-performance felt roofing system over tapered insulation. The main roofs also incorporated green roofing elements and photovoltaic (PV) panels, contributing to the scheme’s sustainability credentials.
