The scheme will deliver 52 affordable homes; with a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom properties, along with a retail unit on the ground floor, located in Seven Kings, Illford. We were involved in this project for the roofing and balcony works for a new build of 52 affordable homes in Seven Kings, Ilford, commissioned by the Guinness Partnership. Our team installed Axter’s Wilotekt hot melt system with inverted insulation on the main roof area, ensuring a durable and watertight finish. For the lower roof areas, we applied Axter RBM warm roofs with tapered Rockwool insulation for enhanced thermal performance. Additionally, all balconies were finished with concrete slabs on pedestals, providing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
