New high-performance roofing systems were installed across the main green roof, lower green roof, terraces, gutters and housing roof areas using Siplast waterproofing products. The roof build-up included primer, self-adhesive vapour control layers, 190mm PIR insulation and torch-applied waterproofing membranes to provide a durable and thermally efficient roofing solution. Root-resistant capsheets were installed to areas receiving green roof finishes. All parapet upstands, abutments and perimeter details were fully waterproofed using torch-applied systems, complete with PIR angle fillets and GRP edge trims where required to provide a secure weatherproof finish. New rainwater outlets were installed throughout the roof areas to improve drainage performance. Drip edge details and cover flashings were also completed to ensure all roof edges and terminations were fully sealed and protected. The project included dedicated green roof areas designed to support planting and improve environmental performance, alongside durable terrace and gutter waterproofing systems suitable for long-term use and maintenance access.
